Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and the original invoice are included and intact.

  Shipping

  Dispatch the parcel through a reliable courier service to our designated returns warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
